The contest is open to Oxford Elementary School students, family members, teachers, and staff. Adults are welcome to assist with students entries

VOTING: May 4 - 8 Student voting on the winner

The PTA Exec team will do an initial round of voting
WINNER: May 11 the winner will be announced at the Monday, school community meeting
Design
Requirements

The design must include the words “Oxford Elementary”

Final T-shirt design will be a maximum of three ink colors, including black, but also may be limited to only black ink

T-shirt fabric can be almost any color so consider that in your design

Design for one surface only (i.e. front of T-shirt)

If submitting a hand drawing, please submit no larger than 8.5-by-11 inch format

Do not use a copyrighted character or logo. Artwork must be original!

AI / LLM can be used as part of the creation process, but we encourage you to create the majority of the design without it.

Multiple designs may be submitted
NOTE: All entries will be anonymized before judging, to remove any potential biases. To help with this please don't put your name on the actual drawing image you upload in the submission form. If you submit a drawing on paper, put it in an envelop with your name on it that has all the information requested in this form.
By submitting an entry, the artist consents that it is his/her/their own original work and that he/she/they has all necessary rights and permissions to use included elements. The t-shirt contest team reserves the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning entry to ensure that the reproduction of the image is of best quality. The winning artist releases to Oxford Elementary the exclusive right to artwork to be used for school promotional material. No submissions will be returned.
